Was a great first session, and the backgrounds were all different. Someone walked us through taking a company from zero to running it today as a fully automated system; someone else is working out their next move after a long run in an industry that stopped fitting. In between: talks of AI training data for ads, an ecommerce business hunting for where AI actually fits alongside a day job, and someone building an orchestration layer to keep token costs down.
